A Washington state sheriff’s deputy was shot and killed within the line of obligation Saturday evening after responding to a report of a disabled car blocking a roadway, officers stated.

Deputy Justin DeRosier, 29, had arrived on the scene northeast of Kalama round 10 p.m., the Cowlitz County Sheriff’s Workplace wrote on Fb.
