Three Cell County households have joined forces to sue to the Cell County Public College System (MCPSS).
The three households and their attorneys filed the lawsuit on the federal courthouse in downtown Cell Friday afternoon, August 3.
Rodney and Mary Kim, dad and mom of Rodney Kim Jr., Kennesha and Colby Quinnie, the dad and mom of 17-year-old Jeremiah Chatman, and and Stacy Terry, who’s the mom of Gary Trey Shondetts, are the households launching the swimsuit collectively.
Two of the teenagers, Kim and Shondetts, had been soccer gamers at Davidson Excessive College once they had been allegedly hazed. Chatman was not a soccer participant, and claims he was attacked in March by different Davidson soccer gamers, as a result of he was making an attempt to work out within the weight room.
